Do you have a minimum?
There is no minimum requirement for embroidery. Screen printing requires a 12 piece minimum that can be a mix and match of any style shirt, color or size as long as we are printing the same design and in the same color on everything. We can also change ink colors if necessary with an ink change charge. No problem.
What artwork do you need?
For embroidery, we accept most artwork files, but prefer vector files in a .pdf, .eps, .ai, .jpg format. If we can pull it up on our screen, we can digitize it. The better the artwork, the better the final product.
For screen printing, we need vector artwork usually in a .pdf, .eps, ai, .jpg format. If you do not know if your art is vector, just send it to us and we can tell you. If you need help making it vector, we can have it created with an artwork fee and we will provide you the files so you will have them to use for any other printing need that may arise. Typical fees range between $30-$50.
If your artwork is a sketch on paper or an idea in your head, we can make it become a reality too!
What is the approval process for my order?
On all new orders, we will send an art proof for your review to guarantee that you will be happy with the finished product.
How do I go about picking out our shirts, hats, etc.?
That is where our expertise comes in handy. We have printed catalogs as well as electronic catalogs, as well as samples right here in our shop so that you can touch and feel the fabrics. We will work with you one-on-one to learn your style and can help you find the exact piece to complete your look.
